The County Collector is the collector of taxes for the County and collects municipal, county, school and improvement district taxes and turns them over to the County Treasurer. The Collector is responsible for collecting all property taxes from the first day of March to the fifteenth day of October during the calendar year after they are assessed.
The Collector's Office is NOT permitted to give any legal advice.
NOTICE:Personal Property taxes must be paid before paying Real Estate taxes.
Payment Options:
For current taxes, the Collector's Office accepts the following forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, money order, personal check, and credit/debit cards (card fees applied). Debit and credit card payments can be made in person or online only.
For delinquent taxes, the Collector's Office accepts the following forms of payment: cash, cashier's check, and money order. Please call 870-898-7217 for an accurate total of delinquent taxes.

Payments can be sent by mail - Please include a self-addressed stamped envelope for a receipt.
Partial payments are accepted on CURRENT taxes only.
